Cartoonists visit Landstuhl patients

A group of cartoonists visited patients at Landstuhl hospital today as part of a USO-sponsored trip to Germany and the Middle East.

"Doonesbury" cartoonist Garry Trudeau sketches out his B.D. character for Spc. Ben Brashier Friday in a ward at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. The USO and the National Cartoonist Society sponsored ten popular cartoonists and caricaturists on a week-long entertainment tour to visit troops stationed in Germany and the Persian Gulf.
