Thank you for wishing to support our wounded warriors at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center!
This information applies to fundraising events where monetary donations are collected in the form of personal checks made out to Soldiers’ Angels. You’ll be responsible for sending those checks to Soldiers’ Angels and we will send a letter of acknowledgment directly to your donors which they may use for their tax records.

The first thing you’ll need to do is familiarize yourself with the mission of Soldiers’ Angels Germany and the main Soldiers’ Angels organization. (You can also find a detailed Fact Sheet about Soldiers' Angels here.)
Then you’ll need to decide what type of event you’d like to hold. Ideas can include benefit dinners or concerts, motorcycle events, and walks/runs or other sporting events. Depending on the size of the event, you may wish to find a right-hand person or form an organizing committee. You may also wish to organize your event as part of school, scouting, or church activities.
When choosing a date for your event, make sure to leave enough time for planning and organization. You should also check the calendar in order to consider possible conflicts with other local events and national holidays.
Please read the Soldiers' Angels Donations Kit Handbook while you formulate your ideas and prepare to properly handle money raised for a nonprofit.
Next, you’ll need to register your event with us, which you can do by completing an Event Request form.
The Soldiers' Angels liaison for your event - assisting in planning, coordination and procedures - will be the Soldiers' Angels Events Coordinator. You can reach the Coordinator for all events-related questions by emailing email@example.com
